Despite fulfilling the majority of the financial obligations, the buyer faced continuous delays and unfulfilled promises regarding the construction and handover of the apartment.

Facing prolonged delays and a lack of communication from the builder, the purchaser approached the judicial forum for comprehensive relief. The primary demand involves the specific delivery of the residential flat as promised in the original agreement.
In addition to the property handover, the complainant seeks financial compensation. This includes interest on the deposited amount to offset the monetary loss caused by the delay. Furthermore, the legal action demands compensation for the severe mental agony and harassment endured throughout the ordeal, alongside reimbursement for all litigation costs incurred during the legal proceedings.
